Collect and prepare all necessary application materials, including educational certificates, work experience certificates, etc.
Submit online application through the Foreigner Work Permit Management Service System
Relevant departments review the submitted materials, may require supplementary materials
Bring original documents to the designated location for on-site submission and verification
After approval, collect the foreigner work permit

Detailed material filling instructions and precautions
Query application processing time limits and progress
Overseas academic qualifications need to be certified by the Ministry of Education Study Abroad Service Center, and the certification process can be found on the official website.
If the application materials are incomplete, the relevant department will notify you to supplement the materials, which should be submitted within the specified time.
When the work permit is about to expire or needs to be changed, you should apply for renewal or change procedures 30 days in advance.
